Another Mission opportunity for us at Longleaf Elementary for the days of Monday, December 15 through Thursday, December 18. From 7:45 am - 1:00 pm. They are having a Christmas store and need extra help to help the children shop.

The whole school will be able to shop, they usually come by classes.  They will have money they can spend, but most kids don’t know how to add so that's where we come in. All items are priced and grouped together.  We will also need people to wrap.  For that they have different size bags to put the items in, label and seal.

We will be decorating the church for Christmas on Monday morning, December 8th at 9:00am. This normally takes 3-4 hours depending on the number of people helping. Brenda will be supervising but we need your help. Contact me if you have any questions.

Sunday is the last day to sign up for the children and family Christmas party on the bulletin board. Please do so, so we can get a good count for food and activities. Thank you!

Hi, everyone! I realized this week that I failed to make sure everyone knew they are welcome to come to Evans and my wedding!!!!! I'm so sorry I dropped the ball on inviting everyone, but we would love it if y'all can make it! The ceremony starts at 3pm, next Saturday, December 6th at CTKBC. There will be a reception to follow in the fellowship hall. If you would be so kind to let me or Evan know if you're gonna make it, I would so appreciate it!! And I apologize for waiting this long to formally invite everyone!!!

Your children can come in their favorite Christmas pajamas and we will be serving breakfast for dinner. Our theme this year is Frosty the Snowman.💙☃️❄️

Longleaf Elementary will be having a book fair starting on Monday December 1 through Friday December 5 in the Media Center. They have asked for volunteers from Christ the King for this week. The times for the book fair are 8:00 am- 12:00 pm. If you can help for even an hour one day, it would be greatly appreciated. When you get to the school, go to the office and tell them your volunteering for the book fair. You will need to give them your drivers license and they will print out a badge for you.
