Ministry Opportunity
Ministry Opportunity: Several members of CTK, along with a few other churches, are involved in a monthly ministry to a Hispanic neighborhood. The ministry, "Faith to Feet", ministers to school-aged children and their parents. Typically, the third Saturday of the month we get together to play games, do a Bible lesson (English and Spanish) and provide a small meal.
On September 19th, CTK is hosting this ministry on our campus. We plan to have outdoor activities, (Waterslide, Corn Hole, Soccer), as well as a few indoor activities, (Coloring, Balloons, etc.). We will provide a small meal: hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, and drinks.
The tentative time for the event is 10:00am - 2:00pm. Help is needed for food preparation, water slide and other game setup and supervision, and cleanup following the event.
