At Christ the King Baptist Church, as we gather to worship on the Lord’s Day, we deeply believe in the regulative principle of worship to bind us to our practices and our structure.  As we sought to be faithful to God’s Word in how He is to be worshipped, we decided to follow a particular liturgical structure that organizes us to rehearse and remember the gospel every week. In addition, the Elders wanted to follow the biblical pattern provided to us in scripture of God’s people hearing from God and then responding to Him within each of these sections of our liturgy.  So what you will discover is every Sunday we gather, we follow the narrative of the gospel story, and the cadence inside that story of God speaking to us and us speaking to God.  If you would like to know more, click below.
